Job Description

Adams & Martin Group has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a PARALEGAL with 3+ years of experience, preferably within Plaintiff Personal Injury. The law firm is located in Richmond Heights, Missouri, and offers one day of remote work per week. Preference is given to candidates who can start as soon as March 31 on a temp-to-hire basis. However, this role is open to temporary and direct hire candidates.

Functional Role: Paralegal

Start Date: March 31st or ASAP thereafter

Schedule: 4x onsite, 1x work from home (Tue or Th)

Job Description:

  • Comfortable with case management software
  • Clear and effective client communication (written and verbal) throughout case life cycle
  • Bills/records ordering and follow-up
  • Drafting medical chronologies and other documents for attorney review
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills

Skills:

  • They're looking for someone that has done all of the above responsibilities
  • A successful person will have a minimum of 3 years of experience

Culture/Team Size:

  • Small firm- 6 members
  • 1 Managing Partner/Owner & 1 Associate
  • 1 Sr. Paralegal & this Paralegal
  • A couple of virtual assistants
  • They have a case load of about 300 right now

Compensation: Temp hourly rate will depend on experience. Salary on the perm side is 56k-62k/year plus benefits.
